There is currently an opportunity for an amazing Sales Cadet to join our Queensland sales team. The entry level role will be first big step in your sales career which will lead to a role as a New Home Sales Professional at some point over the next year. You will be exposed to all facets of the sales team, including House and Land Packages, booking appointments, preparing sales paperwork and preparation for appointments with customers.

This role will be in our display network in the western building corridor of South East Queensland, primarily in Greenbank and Spring Mountain displays. You will gain tremendous experience by working closely with our team of New Home Sales Professionals.

This diversified role will include:

• Meet and greet our display home visitors
• Maintenance of the CRM
• Work with land development partners and assist with house and land packages
• Support the Sales Professional with paperwork and preparing for appointments
• Day-to-day running of the display home, ensuring that it is always presentable
• Achieve weekly KPI’s to generate new leads and book appointments for the Sales Professional

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Genuine interest in people and proven relationship-building skills
• Industry Experience preferred
• Ability to read Building Plans and Specifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy and high emotional intelligence
• Own car and driver's license
• A desire to progress your career

Notes: Applicants selected for interview will need to attend in person and need to be Australian citizens or be entitled to work in Australia. You will be required to work at displays on weekends. In return, you will enjoy your two days off mid-week.
