Why does Orbit Homes collect personal information?

Orbit Homes generally collects your personal information as part of providing you its products and services, informing you about them, complying with its contractual and other legal obligations, running promotions and other marketing activities or administering Orbit Homes’s relationship with you by responding to your enquiries and providing you with information about Orbit Homes events, products and services that may be of interest to you.

Orbit Homes needs your personal information to carry out these aims. Orbit Homes may use your personal information for those purposes, any other purpose listed on a collection statement at the point of collection or in any other way made clear at the time of collecting the personal information.

Orbit Homes facade renders are to be used as a guide only for what the front facade of your home may look like, subject to upgrade choices you make in personalising your home and may vary depending on home design. Several of the items depicted in Orbit Homes Facade renders are not standard items and are available as upgrade items at your colour appointment, including but not limited to: brick colour, garage door colour, stackerstone, wall tiling and timber staining to front doors. Please refer to the standard drawings and specification for the standard Front Door to dwelling and its size, sidelight and glass components. All windows provided as standard are aluminium. For standard external lighting please refer to your electrical plan. Please refer to the premium standard drawings and specification for the location of brick above windows. Driveways, Landscaping and Fencing are not included as standard items.
