"Excellent work and Team. So happy to build our first home with Orbit Homes. Our slab was done in March 2025 & we got handover in Oct 2025. They did pre electrical & pre tiling appointment on the site that gave us chance to rectify few things which were missed. Please read your contract & drawings thoroughly & make sure whatever is written on the contract is also marked on the drawings. Build quality is really nice. They accommodated all our requests. They communicated about the progress on time & rectified all the issues as per external inspection report. Fortunately, our cost was same as per the contract. "From the moment we began exploring our build in 2023 until now, our experience with the Orbit team has been absolutely exceptional. It all started with Brittany Nitz, who was amazing throughout our initial discussions—friendly, knowledgeable, and always supportive. Then we had Rei Lee as our Pre-Site Coordinator, whose attention to detail and thoroughness gave us so much confidence in the process.

Our colours appointment was an absolute highlight, thanks to Tatjana and Thomas. We consider ourselves very particular clients—after all, this is our dream home—but the dedication, care, and time they gave us were unmatched. Tatjana went above and beyond, even working over the weekend to ensure everything was sorted quickly and perfectly. Thomas helped us navigate some tricky selections, making multiple calls and trying different options to make sure we got exactly what we envisioned.

"My husband and I met with Rodney our Project Manager the other week and wanted to share how positive our experience has been. "We have built a Caufield 23A floorplan with a Southampton facade. Our build started on 3.10.25 and was completed on 16.4.26. This was to be our dream sea change retirement home. It all started when we met James Hill at the Leopold sales office. James was great, we thought thats to be expected in sales and half expected / worried that quality and serive would deminish after the contract signing. To our pleasant suprise quality and service continued through every stage of our build right through to completion. Ryle Stoddart our Presite Coordinator Carnta Sanz our Building Coordinator Dean Gorsuch our On Site Manager were all fantastic. We currently have a couple post handover items to be addressed, they are slowly being ticked off and we expect that the remainder will be completed with the high Orbit standard that we have become accustomed to. "This was our second time building with Orbit, and it has absolutely been our best experience yet. We built a beautiful Hamptons-style home, and the team brought our vision to life seamlessly. We spent about six months working with Tamer before even signing a contract. He went above and beyond, helping us secure the perfect parcel of land from a private seller and creating a realistic plan to achieve our dream home.

Our build coordinator, Danielle, was phenomenal. She was incredibly accessible and consistently went out of her way to keep us informed. Whether we were tweaking minor details or dealing with bizarre fencing issues caused by neighbors (which had nothing to do with Orbit), Danielle was there to expertly guide us through it all.

Nav, our site supervisor, delivered a flawless experience. The build quality is absolute perfection, and he managed to finish ahead of schedule. We really appreciated his flexibility in meeting us on-site and his deep knowledge—he always took the time to explain the 'why' behind certain processes or offer great alternatives to our requests.
