If you don’t have the perfect spot to build on yet, then the first step is finding it.
You can do this yourself or rely on our close working relationship with top land developers to help you find the right location. We build across a wide range of thriving communities, from the growing northern and north-western suburbs of Melbourne through to established regional centres like Ballarat and Geelong. These areas offer a mix of lifestyle benefits, including access to schools, transport links, parks, and shopping precincts, making them ideal for families, first-home buyers, and investors alike. In the south-east, you’ll find well-connected neighbourhoods with easy access to the CBD and coastal destinations, combining convenience with lifestyle appeal. No matter where you’re looking, we can help guide you toward a location that suits your needs today and into the future.

However, to ensure that every home meets our standards, we focus on regions where we have a strong, established trade base. Unfortunately, this means we cannot offer our services in certain areas, including many metro or established suburbs of inner Melbourne, where our resources are not currently available.
Some examples of areas where we currently do not build include:
Sale, Lorne, Meredith, Daylesford, Kinglake, Mildura, Phillip Island, Leongatha, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Warrnambool, Yarra Junction
