How it works:
1. Complete the Online "Refer a Friend" Form: Simply fill out the form and submit it to our head office. Referring multiple people? No problem! Just complete a form for each referral.
2. Receive a Confirmation Email: A copy of the form will be sent to your email. Share it with your friend or family member who’s interested in building with Orbit. They’ll need to present this form during their appointment with a New Home Sales professional.
3. Earn Your Reward: Once your referred friend’s new home construction begins, you’ll receive your cash reward via bank transfer.

Unfortunately, to be eligible for the referral bonus, your family member or friend must not already exist on the Orbit Homes database.
Not at all, as long as they are a brand-new customer, and don’t already exist on the Orbit Homes database – you will receive the referral reward.
When your family member or friend’s home begins construction at site start stage, you’ll receive the agreed cash amount from Orbit Homes via bank transfer.

The referrer must have been a client of Orbit Homes. The referred client must not be an existing or previous Orbit Homes customer. The offer will be issued once the referred clients house commences construction. Orbit Homes reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue the offer at any time.
