Evaporative Cooling - Includes Orbit Homes Group 1 range Evaporative cooling system including multi directional ceiling outlets and additional plumbing & electrical requirements for Single Storey or First Floor of double storey. Refrigerated Air Conditioning - Provide Orbit Homes Group 1 range add on refrigerated cooling to the house including (1) zone motor and isolator switch on separate circuit in lieu of standard.
Note: Zoned areas in Single Storey homes are to be confirmed by an Orbit Homes heating and cooling specialist. Note: Double Storey homes allow for 3 phase underground power upgrade. Note: Zoned areas on Double Storey homes will be common zone to the ground floor and Zone 1 to upstairs. Our system will allow you to heat the whole house at one time however our system will not allow for cooling to both ground and first floors at the same time.

Provide fixed price slab including concrete bored piers and fixed price site scrape excavation to land with 0mm to 300mm of fall. Excludes retaining walls. If the site start has not occurred by the agreed start date then the builder reserves the right to review pricing and adjust accordingly. Fixed price site costs pricing is based on standard Orbit Homes house designs. Available to Brisbane Metro new estate work only.

Ducted Air Conditioning
Provide Orbit Homes Group 1 range reverse cycle ducted air conditioning to the house. Note: Includes 3 phase power for double storey homes.

Move In Pack
Provide Exposed Aggregate concrete paving up to 50m2. Provide to Double Storey home up to 20 OR Single Storey home up to 10 x category 1 blockout roller blinds. Provide a Polytek Key Largo pre-cast letterbox to the front yard including street number(s). Provide a Foldaway wall mounted clothesline.

Victoria 12 Month Price Freeze Guarantee Terms & Conditions

In order to be eligible for this offer site start clients must pay a confirmed deposit within 7 days of initial deposit and sign a HIA Building Contract within 12 weeks of the confirmed deposit. The pricing in the Sales Quotation (or Building Contract) will be held by Orbit Homes for up to twelve (12) months from the date of the initial deposit until site start. For homes sold on land that is not titled at the time of initial deposit or is not anticipated to be able to achieve a site start within twelve months of initial deposit date, the base price of the home will be increased by an additional $750 for single storey homes and $1,000 for double storey homes. Land title is achieved, and will be calculated at the monthly rate of $750 for single storey and $1,000 for double storeys for each additional month after twelve months from initial deposit date to forecast site start (unless the delay is caused by Orbit Homes). The maximum total price hold period allowable is 18 months from initial deposit date. Based on the maximum 6 month price hold extension, the maximum additional pricing adjustment is $4,500 for single storey homes and $6,000 for double storey homes. The adjustment will be raised via way of a Post Contract Variation. Where a site start is delayed to a date beyond 18 months from the date of initial deposit, Orbit Homes will then reprice the contract price to reflect current pricing at the time of land title. Suppliers and suppliers products subject to change from agreements and availability. Orbit Homes reserves the right to change or substitute the make, range, model and/or type of any product if required. Suffice to say if a product is discontinued Orbit Homes will replace the item with a minimum standard and finish to what is replaced.

Queensland 12 Month Price Freeze Guarantee Terms & Conditions
