With both the Bolton 44 and Galleria 262 nominated in their respective categories, our team eagerly awaited the results of the evening. We are thrilled to announce that both designs emerged as winners, a testament to the quality and craftsmanship Orbit Homes is known for.
The Galleria 262, located at Everleigh Estate, has already gained recognition, achieving its third major accolade after winning both the 2023 Master Builders Housing & Construction Award in Metro and State categories. With it’s timeless appeal, functional layout, and stunning design, the Galleria 262 has become a favourite among families and homebuyers across Queensland.
Meanwhile, the Bolton 44 showcased at Harpley Estate, marked a milestone with its very first submission—and its very first win!
